Postpartum Doula in-person or Virtual Coaching
In person:
Experienced guidance around newborn care, feeding your baby, and the emotional and physical adjustments in the 4th trimester
Laundry, food preparatio, errands, and sibling support
Provided to families with babies 12-weeks and younger, during the daytime, in 2-4 hour “shifts,” for a minimum of eight hours and no more than twelve hours in a week.
